What You’ll Do
● Turn complex ideas into simple, delightful experiences.
● Partner with product managers, developers, and senior designers to take designs from concept to launch.
● Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs.
● Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
● Help shape and evolve our design system as Minfy’s products grow.
● Keep learning, experimenting, and pushing what’s possible in UX
What We’re Looking For
● 2–4 years of professional UX design experience.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
● A strong portfolio that demonstrates your process — not just final visuals, but how you arrived there.
● Usage of AI in design to empower and optimize the process
● Curiosity, sense of humor, humility, and a love for collaborative work.
Bonus Points If You
● Have worked in a startup environment
● Have a degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline
● Have startup experience or worked on aerospace or real estate projects.
● Have experience building or maintaining design systems
● Basic understanding of front end coding (HTML, CSS etc)
