About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates from a reputed business school specializing in Human Resources who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in the hiring process. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to help you understand the recruitment lifecycle and succeed in the role.
Eligibility
  • MBA/PGDM from a reputed Business School.
  • Specialization in Human Resources (HR).
  • Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring activities.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
  • Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Training & Development
  • Structured on-the-job training will be provided on recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment tools.
