Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is equally comfortable building user-facing product features and the data and integration layers that power them. You will design and build front-end interfaces, backend services, and RESTful APIs end to end. Alongside that, you will take on real data engineering responsibility — building data pipelines, integrating disparate systems, and ensuring data flows reliably and consistently across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build full-stack product features, from front-end UI through backend services and APIs, taking features from design through to production.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and integration services that move, transform, and reconcile data across multiple systems and data stores.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and service-layer components that expose business logic and data to front-end and downstream applications.
  • Integrate with third-party and legacy systems, handling mismatched data models, partial failures, and data reconciliation.
  • Implement event-driven architectures and idempotent processing to ensure reliable data flow between services.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to define data contracts, schemas, and shared data stores used across the platform.
  • Instrument features for experimentation and measurement (A/B testing, analytics, usage tracking).
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable application development, following modern engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, release readiness, and production support.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4-7 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong front-end development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, React or an equivalent modern framework).
  • Strong back-end development skills (Node.js, Python, or Java), with experience designing RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, or event-driven data integration.
  • Experience integrating with third-party or legacy systems, including data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation logic.
  • Experience with cloud-native application delivery (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including serverless and managed services such as Lambda/Functions, event buses, and managed NoSQL or relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of event-driven patterns, idempotent processing, and distributed system reliability.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and data teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building search, routing, or matching/assignment systems.
  • Experience with CRM or contact-center platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
  • Experience with AI-assisted or chat-driven product interfaces.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing or analytics platforms (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
