Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with a background in software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope, while effectively managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations. This role requires a good understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and modern technologies. You will collaborate closely with technical leads, developers, and product owners to ensure that project goals are aligned with business objectives and that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery - from requirements gathering and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define project scope, milestones, resource plans, and success metrics.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks proactively to ensure on-time delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
- Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact delivery.
- Ensure technical solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing software development or technology projects.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent project management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies.
- Practical understanding of artificial intelligence technologies.
