Your responsibilities: 
 
•     Write and post job descriptions on career websites and other social media
•     Source candidates through databases, job portals, social media and networking
•     Conduct phone, skype or in-person interviews  
•     Provide a list of shortlisted candidates to hiring managers  
•     Contact new employees and prepare onboarding/orientation sessions
•     Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires  
•    Maintain hiring data and publish analytics and insights
 
Skill sets/Experience we require:
 
•     Good interpersonal & communication skills 
•     Familiarity or work experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems & candidate management systems
•     Familiarity with social media 
 
Pedigree: 
 
•     Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology or relevant field (OR)
